These Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy apply to individuals and institutions (“you”) visiting the Level Up Website (“Website”), and, by downloading, printing, distributing or otherwise using or exploiting materials or content (“use”) on the Website, you hereby agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions detailed here.
The Level Up campaign is a project of CHANGE Philanthropy (“CHANGE”), with the Website being co-managed by CHANGE and the National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy (“NCRP”), a CHANGE partner, on behalf of the CHANGE Philanthropy coalition. Neither CHANGE nor NCRP warrant that use of any materials or content displayed on its Website will not infringe the rights of third parties.
If CHANGE and NCRP decide to change the Terms and Conditions of Use or Privacy Policy for its Website, we will post those changes here.
Terms and Conditions of Use
Trademarks/Logos
CHANGE Philanthropy’s trademarks, service marks, logos, and design elements, as well as those of its named partner organizations (collectively, the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Website are owned by each respective entity. The Trademarks may not be used except to provide attribution as specified above. Nothing contained on the Website should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademarks, service marks, logos or design elements displayed on the Website without the express written permission of CHANGE Philanthropy or any third party that may own such marks displayed on the Website.
Privacy Policy
CHANGE Philanthropy and NCRP are committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to this Website. This Statement is designed to inform you about our privacy principles and policy regarding collected data. The only information CHANGE obtains about individual visitors to its Website is that supplied voluntarily. Personally identifiable information provided by a visitor (name, email or organizational affiliation, etc.) will not be disclosed to anyone unless the visitor expressly permits CHANGE to do so. When voluntarily signing the Level Up pledge, signers are expressly permitting CHANGE to publish the organization and/or individual donor’s name to the Level Up website.

Personally Identifying Information
CHANGE Philanthropy does not require you to register or furnish any personal information as a condition of using our Website. We collect personally identifying information only if you voluntarily provide it to us. Identifying information provided when voluntarily signing the Level Up pledge will be stored in a secure database managed by NCRP.
NCRP logs Internet protocol (IP) addresses to conduct system administration, report aggregate information, and conduct site analysis. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet. All computer identification on the Internet is conducted with IP addresses, which allow computers and servers to recognize and communicate with each other. If a visitor requests pages from NCRP, NCRP servers enter the visitor’s IP address into a log. To maintain visitor anonymity, NCRP does not associate IP addresses with records containing personal information. However, NCRP will use IP addresses to identify any visitors who refuse to comply with NCRP’s in-house rules or terms of service, and to identify visitors who threaten our service, site, customers or others.
Communication with you
Contact information collected on this Website’s Contact Us page will be used solely for the prupose of communications regarding the topic submitted via the form. By completing this form, you are consenting to be contacted via email for this purpose.
Contact information collected on this Website’s Sign Now page will be used to verify the authenticity of the pledge signer’s organizational affiliation and/or individual donor identity. The individual whose information is provided will be further contacted by CHANGE and/or NCRP employees to solicit further information regarding the fulfillment of the pledge commitments. By completing this form, you are consenting to be contacted via email, phone call, or text message (if phone number has been provided) for this purpose.
In neither case above will information provided be subscribed to any lists, nor will contact information be shared outside of CHANGE and NCRP.
